Kevin Allen has been writing about hockey at every level for over two decades. He is the author or coauthor of numerous sports books, including Without Fear. He is the president of the Professional Hockey Writers Association. He lives in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Art Regner is a sports radio broadcaster and author who has been on the Detroit sports airwaves with WDFN and WXYT for over a decade. He is a coauthor with Kevin Allen of What it Means to Be a Wolverine. He lives in Detroit, Michigan. Steve Yzerman is a retired ice hockey center who played for the Detroit Red Wings in the National Hockey League. He has been inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame and the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame, and his jersey number has been retired by the Red Wings. He is the one of the all-time leading scorers in NHL history, and has won three Stanley Cup Championships, an Olympic gold medal, and was named an All-Star ten times. He lives in Bloomfield, Michigan.
