The Minnesota Vikings celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2010. While hundreds of gridiron giants have toiled at Metropolitan Stadium and the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome, 50 players have stood heads (and shoulder pads) above their peers-including superstars like Adrian Peterson, Fran Tarkenton, Alan Page, Bill Brown, Carl Eller, Chuck Foreman, Ron Yary, Randy Moss, Antoine Winfield, Matt Birk and Paul Krause.

Bruton signed professional football contracts with the Minnesota Vikings and the Dallas Cowboys and was a member of the Minnesota Golden Gophers. He lives in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Fran Tarkenton, one of the most exciting and dynamic players of all time, is a former NFL quarterback who played for the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Giants. He is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the College Football Hall of Fame and is recognized as one of the NFL's greatest players. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
