Charley Trippi is a former Hall of Fame halfback and quarterback for the Chicago Cardinals, now known as the Arizona Cardinals, of the National Football League. As a student at the University of Georgia, he was a two-time All-American selection, the Most Valuable Player in the 1943 Rose Bowl, recipient of the Maxwell Award, and played during a national championship season.
