You love the Buckeyes. You hate the Wolverines. Now there's a book that will tell you why by taking you inside college football's most celebrated rivalry. I Love Ohio State/I Hate Michigan captures all the emotions - from adoration to loathing - in a unique flip-book format that balances both sides of the argument.
Authors Dale Ratermann and Steve Greenberg reached out to former and current teammates, coaches, media, and hardcore fans and asked them to weigh in on the Ohio State-Michigan rivalry, sharing the stories that shaped their opinion of the two programs. The result is an entertaining, eye-opening flip-book that takes a look at one of college football's greatest rivalries that take the field every November.
When these two hated rivals go head-to-head, the entire sports world is always watching. I Love Ohio State/I Hate Michigan will show you once and for all why you made the right choice. And why you should love Woody Hayes and hate Bo Schembechler. And which school has the best coeds.
About the authors:
Steve Greenberg is cofounder and co-owner of a chain of weekly community newspapers, Current Publishing LLC, in Carmel, Indiana. He was reared in Columbus (but he never grew up). He was a veteran editor and reporter/columnist for sports departments at daily newspapers in six states, but he didn't care much for the other 44. This is his 11th book. Previous titles include I Remember Woody, Ohio State '68: All the Way to the Top, and The Game of My Life. He is married (Sally) with college-age daughters (Annie and Rachel), loves to sail, and fronts a band, Barometer Soup, in his spare time.
Dale Ratermann is a retired sports marketer who has written more than 40 books, including I Remember Woody and Ohio Crosswords. He lives in Big Ten Country and spends his retirement creating puzzles for a chain of four newspapers and watching Ohio State's Greatest Games on the Big Ten Network.
