Every hockey fan has a favorite player no matter what era they played. But what if you were only able to pick your favorite since 1967 and rank him against all of the other players from the last 40 years? Well, The Top 60 Since 1967 does just that.

The Top 60 Since 1967 by Ken Campbell and Adam Proteau of The Hockey News (foreword by Brett Hull) establishes once and for all the best players to ever take the ice in the expansion era ranked in order from 1-60.

Ten experts studied, debated, and were advised to only take into consideration what players had done since 1967 (making their pre-expansion contributions moot). The result is an unparalleled list of the 60 best players over the last 40 years.

In The Top 60 Since 1967, a chapter is dedicated to each player which includes vital statistics, biography, color photos, quotes, analysis, and arguments/commentary from the authors.

Some of the players included (in no particular order) are:

¨ Mark Messier

¨ Phil Esposito

¨ Wayne Gretzky

¨ Bobby Orr

¨ Steve Yzerman

¨ Chris Chelios

¨ Brett Hull

¨ Scott Niedermayer

¨ Rob Blake

Who do you think should get the top spot? How do you compare a goalie to a Left Wing? Why would a player who hasn’t won any Stanley Cups be ranked ahead of player who has one at least 1? The Top 60 Since 1967 addresses those questions and is the perfect excuse to get together with your hockey fan friends and debate. So, let the arguments begin.
