The story of Kurt Warner's rise to fame is one faith, perseverance, and raw talent. From tossing around rolls of toilet paper at the Hy-Vee grocery store where he worked stocking shelves to becoming one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history.

 

Heart & Soul: The Kurt Warner Story looks at an ascendance that has been marked with tragedy and triumph. Along the way he met his true love, Brenda, whose life was also riddled with hardship and sorrow. The two of them lived in poverty, at one point even residing in her parents' basement. But their love was strong and their faith was stronger. Warner got one opportunity after another, continuing to prove his abilities in a multitude of venues from the Arena Football League to NFL Europe before landing his life-changing position on the St. Louis Rams.

 

From St. Louis his path has taken him to numerous Super Bowls, MVP titles, and a spot as the Arizona Cardinals' starting quarterback. But even in the face of his success, Warner has not lost sight of his struggle or his faith. He and Brenda have started many charitable organizations to help people overcome their own personal struggles.
